If you are friends with me on facebook, you've been bombarded with posts about The Forgotten Initiative. It's a great place for me to share what's going on and the needs as they arise. If not, I'll tell you that the needs are many but God's people in Birmingham are stepping up to meet them.

We're just prayerfully identifying the needs in the foster care community and connecting God's people to the creative but simple solutions to these needs. Our first prayer meeting is scheduled for Nov. 29 at my house. All are welcome! More details will be in our our first monthly newsletter that we'll be emailing this weekend.
